Opened in 2018, Cabot Lodge is a beautifully appointed luxury lodge situated on a 2000-acre sheep and deer farm bordering the World Heritage Fiordland National Park.

The Lodge accommodates a maximum of ten guests, offering private luxury and an authentic New Zealand escape owned and hosted by a fifth-generation New Zealand farming family.

Guests have the opportunity to participate in on-farm activities*, savour local cuisine, and experience panoramic views from every suite over the vast mountain ranges, pristine Lake Manapouri and Fiordland's World Heritage Park.

The Lodge provides an extensive cooked breakfast offering, ploughman’s lunch to be enjoyed on the premise or gourmet picnic lunches to be enjoyed while exploring Fiordland, and a five-course set-menu evening meal, which focusses on local and on-farm produce.

Cabot Lodge is a luxurious escape on the doorstep of world class hiking, kayaking, fishing, adventure activities, and the renowned Milford and Doubtful Sounds.
